BACKGROUND
Where are you from? How long have you lived in the area? What do you like about the area?
I have lived in Gibsonville, N.C. all my life (68 years). Since I have never lived in another area of the country, it’s hard to say why I like this area. There’s less traffic, a slower pace. It’s home.
INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
How long have you been in the industry? What are your areas of expertise?
I started working in insurance part-time, at 15 years old, after school and on Saturdays. I got out of the business after a few years, but went back in the early 1980s and was licensed in life and health, P&C and Medicare Supplement.

How long have you been with Johnson & Associates? What do you enjoy about working here?
I came to work for Johnson & Associates n July of 2001. I started in P&C and then migrated to Medicare Supplement, life and health. I enjoy everything about working here!

Why? How can you help a customer with this?
Most people do not understand how Medicare works, what to expect when they go on Medicare and how a supplement works with Medicare. We go in to detail to explain this to our clients to help them understand.
HOBBIES
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren.
