Where are you from? How long have you lived in the area? What do you like about the area?
I am originally from Rock Hill, S.C., but I grew up in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area. I’ve lived in North Carolina for about 6 years now. I love this area because it has a calmer pace, as far as raising my children.

How long have you been in the industry? What are your areas of expertise?
I’ve been working in this industry for 2 years now, and my area of expertise is the Affordable Health Care Act.

I have worked with Johnson & Associates for 2 years. I enjoy working with this company because it’s more than a company. They make you feel like family, and for that reason, I look forward to coming to work.
COMMONLY MISUNDERSTOOD ABOUT INSURANCE
Why? How can you help a customer with this?
A lot of times customers misunderstand what portions the client is responsible for versus what the insurance carrier is responsible for financially. I can help with this process by explaining to the customer how insurance works within. Different carriers offer different plans that also have many different types of benefit coverage. Insurance representatives don’t always explain in terms that could be understood. That’s where I come in.
HOBBIES
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy reading, exercising and spending tie with my 4 beautiful children.
